Our returns policy adheres to the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa and prioritizes food safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
No Returns Policy for Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products and in adherence to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, tampered with, or that a customer no longer wants after purchase.
How to Report Incorrect Goods
If we delivered the incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a return or exchange:
- The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., invoice or receipt).
We will gladly:
- Refund the purchase price, or
- Exchange the incorrect product for the correct one (subject to availability).
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Defective or Unsafe Products Under CPA
If a product is defective or unsafe, as defined under the CPA, you may:
- Notify us within 6 months of purchase.
- Return the defective product with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
We will investigate the issue and, if valid, replace the item or refund you, as per the CPA’s provisions.
