Traditional Cape Malay sausage rolls made in partnership with the late Fatima Sydow. A juicy dhanya (coriander) nippie sausage is wrapped in our homemade puff pastry to create a delicious, savoury sausage roll with a flaky finish.
Our sausages contain no soy and each sausage roll averages 6.5cm in length.
Sold frozen and unbaked in packs of 10 or 50s.
Cooking time:
Brush beaten egg all over the pastry. Place in the oven and bake for 20 mins until the pastry is puffed and crisp and the sausage has cooked through. Remove and eat hot or cold with tomato sauce, mayonnaise or other sauces if you like.
